N & A Group has dedicated in-house Design Managers, Services Managers and qualified architects, Local authority approval officers, They work closely with you consultants to develop, coordinate and manage innovative and cost-effective solutions for our clients whilst ensuring the design brief, specifications, and Budget.
As the greater part of N & A Group’s major projects are now delivered via an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) method of procurement, our design teams are adept at managing the process from master plan or concept design stage right through to construction documentation. N & A Group has an outstanding experience with ECI, which harnesses the skills and experience within N & A Group’s Design and Construction teams, ensuring our clients achieve the optimal outcomes for their facilities in terms of cost, risk management, design and overall quality.
